Kathleen McGee-Daly is a
professor of music at Kean University, New Jersey City University and
Georgian Court University. She teaches violin and viola at Monmouth
Conservatory of Music and maintains a private studio for violin and
viola students at her home in Avon by the Sea. Kathleen is a member of
the Orchestra of Saint Peter by the Sea, Staten Island Philharmonic,
Monmouth Symphony, Monmouth University Orchestra, New Jersey
Conservatory Orchestra and Saint Mary Chamber Orchestra which she also
contracts. She has performed with Ray Charles, The Stylistics and with
Motown artist Barbara Harris of “The Toys” (Lover’s Concerto). She also
appears in the Rascal Flats music video “Feels Like Today.” She arranges
all the popular and special requests music for The Rose Trio. Some of
her favorite arrangements are “Bless the Broken Road”, “Final Fantasy”,
“My Girl” and “Jersey Girl.” In August she will launch a new venture:
blameitonbobstringmusic.com. The website will offer many of her
arrangements as well as arrangements of standard quartet music reduced
for trio. Kathleen was recently named an “Ambassador of Goodwill” to
